in the main building :
2 for 2 persons with private bathroom (bath/shower), with king size bed.
1 for 2 persons (wheelchair guests) with private bathroom (open shower) and 2 single beds.
1 for 2 persons with open bathroom (shower) and 1 king size.

in the annex (outbuilding):
1 for 2 persons with open bathroom (“walk in” shower) and king size bed.
1 for 2 persons with open bathroom (“walk in” shower) and 2 single beds.
1 for 3 persons with open bathroom (“walk in” shower) and 1 king size + 2 single beds.
1 suite (duplex):

  • Either for 4 persons (70 m²): ground floor with living room, WC and private closed bathroom (2 “walk in” showers) and 1 sleeping room upstairs with 1 king size + 2 single beds.
  • Or for 7 persons (95 m²): Same as the suite for 4 persons, but with an additionnal sleeping room on the 1st floor with 1 king size and 1 single bed.

Are included:

  • - welcoming drink
  • - tourist tax
  • - breakfast : from 9 a.m. (earlier on request) till 10.30 a.m.
  • - use of the relaxation area, sauna, jacuzzi : open from 11 a.m. till 10 p.m. (earlier or later on request).
  • - use of the heated outdoor swimming pool : minimum from end of April till end of September (from 9 a.m. till 10 p.m.: later on request).
  • - use of the common areas : parking, gardens, terraces, living room, reading salon, internet corner, eating room and kitchen (dinner and/or supper on request 24 hours earlier).
  • - daily housekeeping of the rooms and common areas.
  • - use of the sheets, towels and kitchen linen (replacement on request).

CHECK IN: from 5 p.m. till 11 p.m. (earlier or later on request).
at the latest at 11 a.m. : the use of other facilities is still possible till 1.30 p.m.

Payment terms:

  1. A 50% advance needs to be paid upon reservation. The balance of the total price needs to be paid 1 week before the arrival, or as agreed with the owners.
  2. If this advance is not paid on time, the owner will have the right to rent out the room(s) to other customers. If the tenant doesn’t pay the balance on time, the owners will keep the advance if they can’t rent out the room(s) anymore for this period.
